Tina Nichols, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Nichols grew up in Vilonia, AR. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and attended the University of Tennessee – Memphis for dental school. Dr. Nichols has been practicing general dentistry in Little Rock for over 20 years. She loves Little Rock, in that it is a larger city, but still has the small-town vibe to it. Dr. Nichols and her husband Don, have raised their son and triplet daughters in Little Rock, and for the last 15 years, two nieces and a nephew have joined the family. Dr. Nichols loves all aspects of dentistry, but especially helping patients with oral health and confidence that a great smile brings you. Dr. Nichols can also be found volunteering at free dental clinics and numerous dental mission trips. In her free time, she enjoys watching soccer (which two of her daughters still play in college), spending time with family, hiking, and reading. Dr. Nichols’s goal is to make going to the dentist a comfortable, satisfying experience for all.
Jackie Stroud
Registered Dental Assistant
Jaclyn is from Conway, AR. She met her husband, Jeremy, in college and now resides in Mayflower, AR. Together, they have three boys – Cahlen, Rylan, and Paxton. Jaclyn and her family moved away for 3 years, but are glad to be HOME in The Natural State. Jaclyn enjoys traveling across the state to watch her boys play baseball and basketball. She is a member of Central Baptist Church in Conway, AR. She loves being outdoors and is pretty proficient in DIY home renovations.
Jaclyn has been in the dental field for over 20 years. While in high school, Jaclyn started working for her dentist learning both front and back office duties. To this day, she enjoys working chairside the most because she gets to interact with patients and ensure their comfort while building personal relationships with them.
Amanda Hendricks
Registered Dental Assistant
Amanda grew up in South Arkansas. In 1999, she graduated from Fordyce High School (Go REDBUGS!). Later that year, she married her high school sweetheart, Eric. Together they have a daughter, AJ. Amanda loves cheering on AJ in all of her passions: soccer, animals, camping, fishing, the beach, kayaking, and boating (Greers Ferry Lake). Amanda and her family now live in Redfield, AR. She attends Living Stones Church in Hensley where she serves on the Praise Team.
Amanda has been in the dental field since August 2001. She loves helping her patients achieve a “happy” smile while building lasting relationships with her patients. Amanda previously worked with Dr. Nichols in the Chicot office from 2006 to 2015. She is now back with Dr. Nichols and could not be happier.
Dinah Baker
Hygienist
Dinah was born and raised in Searcy, AR and has been living in Conway, AR since 2018. She graduated from the University of Arkansas- Fort Smith with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and a minor in Sociology. While in the program, she served as SADHA President and received the Student American Dental Hygienist Association Career Award. In 2015, she was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success. She aspires to continue her studies toward a graduate level degree. Dinah has a passion for educating patients, as well as the community, on dental health and oral diseases and its connection to overall health.
In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, shopping and organizing; but most of all, spoiling her handsome nephew, Cayden.
Christy Riggin
Hygienist
Christy discovered her LOVE of dentistry when she was just 19 years old. She originally began her dental career as a Registered Dental Assistant. She enjoyed learning the fundamentals of restorative dentistry as she worked alongside the dentist for many years; as time passed, she was inspired by her love of preventative dentistry and decided to apply for Dental Hygiene school at UAMS. Christy was accepted into the college and graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into Alpha Eta Honor Society in 2002. Christy prides herself on patient care and education, as well as making her patients feel comfortable and cared for.
In her spare time, Christy enjoys being with her two teenagers, her husband, Jason, and her dog, Harley. She also loves camping, hiking, interior design, and hosting friends for dinner.
Sherrie Tokarz
Office Manager + Front Desk
Sherrie was raised in Little Rock and graduated from Parkview High School. She has been in the dental field for over 32 years. Sherrie is married to Randy and together they have a beautifully blended family of four adult children and six grandchildren. Sherrie can be found in all areas of the office helping wherever she is needed. In her free time, she enjoys listening to live music, especially the band her husband plays in.
Mandy Scruggs
Front Desk
Mandy grew up in Benton and now lives in Sheridan. Mandy has been in the dental field for over 24 years, filling many positions. Mandy is married to Brad, and has 2 sons, and 2 doodles that consider themselves humans. Mandy will greet you in our front office and help with insurance needs. She may also help in the treatment area, assisting Dr Nichols. In her off time, she enjoys camping, gardening, and going to the lake.
Dubhe Martinez
Front Desk
Dubhe has been in the dental field for just a few years and has loved learning everything she can. When you call our office, you are likely to hear her friendly voice on the other side of the phone. Dubhe works hard every day to make our patients feel welcome as soon as they step into our office and to verify their insurance benefits – making their visit as smooth as possible. Dubhe is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English fluently. She is passionate about helping our Spanish-speaking patients understand their dental needs and the care they receive while in our office. Dubhe moved to Arkansas when she was 12. She now lives in Sherwood with her husband, Alan, and their two fur babies, Jack and Ellie. In her free time, she and Alan enjoy going to the park with their pups, watching football, and trying out new restaurants.
Beverly Garland
Front Desk
Beverly was born and raised in Benton, AR, and currently resides in Salem, AR. She first entered the dental field in 2001. She absolutely loves the profession and loves having a front-row seat in making a difference in patients’ lives. She believes that “every good thing starts with a smile!” She originally worked for Dr. Nichols back in 2005 all the way through 2017. Dr. Nichols was the best person and the most awesome doctor to work for so she practically stalked her in order for the opportunity to come back and it worked out!
Beverly has two children, Tyler and Sarah, and one granddaughter, Taliyah Renee. As well as, 3 fur dogs and 2 fur cats that she loves wholeheartedly. Beverly enjoys spending her spare time chasing waterfalls, riding down dirt roads with windows down and loud music playing, and collecting rocks.
