We accept all major dental insurance.
Most dental benefit plans pay completely for preventative services, like routine cleanings, exams, and x-rays, and we file with all major dental benefit plans. Be sure to take advantage of these benefits by calling us to set up your appointment. For other types of treatment, like restorative, emergency, or cosmetic services dental plans generally cover 80% of the cost. Give us a call today, and our knowledgeable staff can discuss the benefits of your particular plan.
We also accept CareCredit as a payment option!

Program Exclusions and Limitations
The program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan
- For services for injuries covered under workers compensation
- For treatment, which in sole opinion of the treating dentist, lies outside the realm of their capability.
- For referrals to specialists, or any treatment outside Dr. Tina Nichols
- For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
- For cost of dental care which is covered under medical

This Dental Savings Plan is not an insurance plan that can be used with any other dental office.
Program Guidelines
- Non-refundable
- No refunds or premiums will be issued at any time participant decides not to utilize the dental plan
- Patient’s portion of bill is due at the time of service
- All plans auto-renew unless Dr. Tina Nichols is notified 30 days in advance
